Recipe to follow diet change:

Gumbo

 Gluten free/nightshade plant free / dairy free


3 cups of Free range chicken stock

Organic celery full stock

Free range chicken 2 pounds cut into 2 inch squares

3 Andouille Sausage / gluten free

Shrimp 1/2 lb

1 cup of red cooking wine

I bag of organic thawed Okra

1 spoonful of : garlic powder, oregano, and salt and pepper



Today, and for however many months it takes to get my skin maintained I am eliminating these things from my diet:

All peppers
Onions

Milk and Cheese

All Gluten

Alcohol

All processed foods


Lets go another round..

So..Here we go around again. Had another huge flare that went out of control. I am not sure why it gets so bad that I can't contain it. The eczema is covering almost my entire body this week. It gradually crept  up on me. I went to my dermatologist who thought I should go on steroids again, and antibiotics because I most likely have a staff infection. I am completely against this but I know it's the only way to get it under control at this point. Again, I had allergy tests, that were repeats of my last allergy testing to find out that I am allergic to dust mites, and a mild allergy to dogs and cats. I have gotten all of the necessary protectants against them..covering the mattress..pillows..washing in everything in hot water.. etc. She now wants to tests me for other irritants that the allergist did not test me for. Frustrating..I don't know why I went to an allergist who didn't do all the tests. I feel like I have to be massively red and inflamed for anyone to take me seriously, and get to the root of the problem that is causing this.
