Recipe to follow diet change:

Gumbo

 Gluten free/nightshade plant free / dairy free


3 cups of Free range chicken stock

Organic celery full stock

Free range chicken 2 pounds cut into 2 inch squares

3 Andouille Sausage / gluten free

Shrimp 1/2 lb

1 cup of red cooking wine

I bag of organic thawed Okra

1 spoonful of : garlic powder, oregano, and salt and pepper
